To avoid overlapping rides, all requests must be approved after submitting an inquiry form. Each ride will be reviewed and approved within 24 hours.

Things don’t always go as planned. If you need to cancel and have missed the 24-hour window, please call at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment.

There’s a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. If you go over that, please get in touch with us.

If you need an assistant, make sure to request one at least a week before your appointment. If you already have your own assistant, share that information when arranging your transportation.
